■ THIS was the perfect game for the neutral as it swung one way and the other, with six goals shared in normal time and Bridlington’s Leon Dawson smashing a free-kick in the 90th minute to take the game into penalties.
The game started tightly but opened up as the game went on and both teams will be gutted to have not got the game won in normal time but even the penalties were dramatic with the home keeper James Hitchcock alleged to have come off his line when saving a penalty only for the retake to go in.
