LAWRENCE GORMAN had an afternoon to forget as Lincoln Utd beat Carlton Town on penalties.
Gorman headed into his own net to equalise for the Whites midway through the second half and then saw his sudden-death penalty saved by Lincoln keeper Nykah Liburd-Hines to conclude the tie.
In truth, Carlton squandered plenty of chances and should never have been taken to penalties in a one-sided encounter.
