NICK Hutton’s second-half debut goal was the difference as North Ferriby progressed into the next round.
Oli Donald put the Villagers in front in the first half. Danny Emerton’s well-delivered cross from a corner found Donald, who was on hand to head past Ossett goalkeeper Joseph Green.
The visitors levelled the scores in the second half. A corner was delivered into the Ferriby box and Paddy Miller headed past Tom Jackson.
