NUNEATON suffered penalty shootout heartache after holding National League side AFC Fylde to a 2-2 draw at Coventry City’s CBS Arena.
It was the visitors who started the match on the front foot, showing their class. They went close to opening the scoring inside five minutes when Siya Lingendza placed the ball wide.
Dan Jezeph then did well to deflect a Nick Haughton effort onto the post when it seemed certain his shot was destined for the back of the net.
