CHELMSFORD City produced an upset to knock out a dismal Oxford City.
The match the former National League South rivals saw the visitors in control throughout and they deservedly secured their passage to the fourth round through a Callum Watts strike on the hour.
Neither keeper was particularly tested in the opening 45 minutes but the visitors were certainly the most threatening, with Freddie Hockey and Charlie Ruff the particular dangermen for the Clarets, but both saw shots clear the crossbar.
