CONGLETON Town ran out easy winners over Ashington to progress.
Tom Hampton got the Bears on their way with just ten minutes on the clock with a fantastic finish. However, the North-East side pulled level after 22 minutes when Paul Van Zandvliet powered home from a corner.
But, the two sides were equal for just a minute as a mistake from Daniel Staples allowed Hampton to profit and restore the hosts’ lead.
