A NIGHTMARE Bank Holiday has led to the departure of Cheadle Town boss Will Griffiths.
A 1-0 North West Counties Division One South defeat at Barnton last Saturday was following by a 7-0 mauling at home to Wythenshawe Town on Monday.
It left the club, who finished 16th last season, with just one point from their seven games.
Cheadle subsequently announced that they had parted company with Griffiths, who took over last season.
