LOUIS Axcell has been placed in charge of Maltby Main for the rest of the season after the Northern Counties East Premier club this week parted company with manager Scott Mason.
UEFA B qualified coach Axcell became joint assistant manager at Maltby after success with Handsworth Parramore’s second team.
Mason’s departure from the Miners came after Saturday’s 3-0 home defeat to Bottesford Town which left them in 13th place.
