THIS match between nneighbouring Leicestershire sides saw Holwell take a half-time lead only for Birstall to win comfortably by scoring four second-half goals.
Birstall dominated the early exchanges, but play was largely scrappy. Holwell’s Tom Pope shot narrowly wide, but then gave his side the lead with a strike from outside the area.
Birstall took control in the second half with Corey Bucalossi dominating midfield and Will Burton stretching the right side. Burton equalised and Bucalossi scored his first goal after slick interplay with Burton and Paul Palle...
