PLAY-OFF chasing Thurrock suffered a shock defeat to struggling Soham Town Rangers.
Sam Mulready scored the decisive goals within 60 seconds of each other, but the result does not help them out of the relegation places.
Thurrock started the game on top and took the lead when David Cowley’s cross went straight in, and George Winn should have doubled their lead but fluffed his lines.
Soham equalised on the hour mark as Mulready slammed home a penalty, before he nodded in at the back post less than a minute later.
