● Aldershot Town romped to the Conference title, despite a slow start, winning 31 games and gaining 101 points to secure their place back in the Football League. Meanwhile, Exeter came from behind to score four goals in the last ten minutes of their play-off semi-final ag ainst rivals Torquay, and set up a clash against Cambridge at Wembley. Rob Edwards headed home the only goal of the game to send the Grecians up.
