HAMPTON got one over Aldershot again in pre-season a year on from their last 3-0 friendly success.
The Beavers made a strong start in the fourth minute as new signing Max Kretzschmar latched onto the Christian Jolley pass to put the home team ahead.
The Shots tried to get back on terms but inaccurate shooting hindered their chances, and it was Hampton’s Brendan Kiernan who had the next chance, as Smith had to parry his swerving shot.
Aldershot equalised soon after the break as Scott Rendell played a neat ball into the path of Shamir Fenelon, whose crisp shot beat Hamp...
