BILLERICAY Town struck twice late on to win an entertaining friendly against St Albans.
The visitors took the lead in the 27th minute when Louie Theophanous calmly finished after Jake Robinson’s through ball.
However, that lead lasted just two minutes as Zane Banton made no mistake when one-on-one with Billericay keeper Alan Julian.
St Albans took the lead two minutes before the break. Kieran Monlouis played the ball into the path of Rhys Murrell-Williamson, who took a touch and rifled in a strike via the crossbar.
