NATIONAL League side Guiseley bagged their first win of pre-season by getting the better of NCEL Premier Parkgate.
The away side nearly made the perfect start. After just 15 seconds, midfielder Will Hatfield ran into the box and hit the crossbar with a low effort towards goal. The Lions took the lead on 32 minutes when a trialist striker fired a low strike into the bottom right-hand corner.
