RESCUE IS STILL ON FOR RUSCOE

THE New Saints interim boss Scott Ruscoe believes there were plenty of positives to take from the 2-0 defeat to HNK Rejika in their UEFA Champions League second qualifying round first leg.
The Welsh champions made the worst possible start as Josip Misic put Rejika ahead inside four minutes.
Ruscoe’s side regrouped and created a few chances of their own only to fall further behind when Florentin Matei doubled the hosts’ advantage in the second half.
