A CLASSY first-half performance by Bromley was the key difference between the two sides as strikes from Iffy Allen and Josh Rees underpinned the visitors’ dominance.
Brett Williams, twice, and Louis Dennis both went close to opening the scoring before Dennis’s strike in the 20th minute was parried into the path of Allen for the opener.
Dennis then struck the post with a fierce drive from the edge of the 18-yard box but Bromley were not to be denied a second when Rees headed home from Luke Wanadio’s corner two minutes before the interval.
