Nurture talent by naming 12 subs!

LAST week, some friends and I, who mostly support Football League sides, were debating what rules we would bring back into play or new ones to enforce.
One friend proposed that 12 substitututes be named with three used – something I’ve only heard Premier League managers profess in the past.
