Huish is no ‘ramshackle’

IN AN article on the two relegated sides (NLP, June 9), your reporter described Yeovil Town’s ground as a “ramshackle”. It made me wonder if your reporter had ever been to Huish Park.
I agree, Yeovil Town need more investment. We urgently need to appoint a manager and the catering could be improved but it is definitely not “dodgy” as stated in the report.
Having visited many of the National League grounds, I would say Yeovil’s ground is in the top five. It has a 9,500 capacity with covered seated accomodation for over 5,000, is tidy and well maintained an...
