DEAN BRENNAN’S Wealdstone have sent a statement to the rest of the National League South after capturing prolific striker Ross Lafayette.
The Stones have landed the 33-year-old from rivals Billericay Town, becoming Brennan’s eighth signing of the summer since his appointment last month.
Lafayette returns to Grosvenor Vale ten years after making a handful of appearances before establishing himself in Non-League with the likes of Welling, Eastleigh, Aldershot, Dover, Sutton and Maidstone and a brief stint with Luton in the Football League.
