THUR 13 CLASSY Stockport County manager Jim Gannon gave a young supporter the surprise of his life on the night of his school prom.
Gannon turned up on the doorstep of 16-year-old County superfan Kian Carroll with the National League North trophy and declared, “heard you need a lift!”
Stunned Kian invited the Stockport legend into his home where he posed for pictures and chatted about their title triumph.
