WE’VE all seen those post-apocalypse films where grubby survivors shuf fle zombie-like across a wasteland piled with smoking rubble, picking up scraps to use for fuel or to eat. This is exactly how I imagine a hardcore of Hoppers picking through the remnants of fixture lists and web forums to find a morsel of football to survive on during the close season.
