PLAYERS UNPAID IN NEW COUNTY SCANDAL

PLAYERS and staff at National League newcomers Notts County have not been paid their wages for June with the club still yet to be sold.
Neal Ardley’s side began pre-season training at the start of the week but on Friday – the Magpies’ payday – no money was deposited into their accounts generating more concern among supporters over the future of their club. The wage bill is understood to be north of £200,000.
