HARTLEY WINTNEY and Harrow Borough shared the spoils in a match where key refereeing decisions had a big bearing on outcome. The Row led from an early penalty but were forced to play for 70 minutes with just 10 players.
The hosts started brightly and went ahead on three minute whene Nathan Smart’s right wing cross was handled by a defender and Mitchell Parker converted from the spot.
