HENDON RUE ABSENCES AS WHITES ARE TOO STRONG

SALISBURY were far too strong for a muchweakened Hendon team missing seven players.
The opening halfhour was quite even and only a shot from former Hendon favourite Shaquille Hippolyte- Patrick, well saved by Chris Grace, was evidence of Salisbury’s domination.
In the 31st minute a corner was flicked on and with no Hendon defender covering the far post Tom Leak sidefooted the ball into the net from an acute angle.
Seven minutes later the lead was doubled.
