Hatters fall to another League side

STOCKPORT returned to Edgeley Park only to suffer a second successive two-goal defeat against League One opponents behind closed doors after last week’s loss to Fleetwood.
Dale’s Alex Newby twice hit the woodwork, and Matty Done and Fabio Tavares flashed chances wide.
The visitors went ahead at the hour as Matty Lund netted from close range after County’s trialist keeper parried a Kwadwo Baah shot. And Jimmy Keohane’s looping header saw them hit the bar again.
