FRUSTRATED Chesterfield manager John Pemberton took a swipe at Covid-19 protocols after the Spireites ended their pre-season preparations with a 1-0 home defeat to Guiseley
. Pemberton was annoyed at losing Kyle Letheren before kick-off and commented: “We are now coming into an environment where people are going to get a common cold and they have to be tested because we have to make sure it is not Covid. It’s a nightmare.”
