HEBBURN Town claimed the annual JR Cleator Cup with victory at former Northern League rivals West Auckland.

Ollie Martin shot wide from distance for the Hornets early on, Mark Foden saving from Jordan Blinco at the other end.
Amar Purewal’s header went wide of the home post on the half-hour, West keeper Ross Coombe then denying Martin.
