U’S HIT BACK TO TURN TABLES ON HAWKS

NATIONAL League South Havant & Waterlooville took the game to their League Two opponents but a multitude of second-half changes saw Sutton get on top and turn it around to win.
The Hawks took the lead on 20 minutes when Billy Clifford’s corner from the right was nodded home off the far post by Jason Prior.
The lead was held until three minutes after the interval when a cross from a visiting right-wing trialist was met by a thunderous header from new U’s signing Kwame Thomas.
