SCUNTHORPE held a Peterborough United XI in an entertaining friendly at Glanford Park.
A goalless first half was down to a mixture of good defending and goalkeeping – and inaccurate shooting.
Tyrell Sellars-Fleming, Alfie Beestin and Elliott Whitehouse were all off-target for the Iron in the opening 15 minutes, while Kai Corbett and Idris Kanu were thwarted by good Scunthorpe defending.
