GULLS CLAIM HONOURS IN DEVON DERBY

RAMPANT Torquay United claimed local bragging rights with an emphatic win against an Exeter City side who were reduced to ten men early in the first half.
The Gulls set the tone on three minutes when Lewis Collins struck with a volley from the edge of the area.
United doubled their lead on 16 minutes when Brad Ash curled home from 20 yards after being teed up by Aaron Jarvis. 
Within a minute, City found themselves down to ten men when Pierce Sweeney saw red for an off-the-ball challenge on Tom Lapslie.
