AN all-Step 5 clash saw United Counties Premier Ashby Ivanhoe see off Midland League outfit Dudley Town.
The first 45 minutes started with Ashby on the front foot.
A free kick from Ashby, and a rebound skied by Will Robson got this competitive game off to a lively start.
Dudley were able to respond however with work from attackers Jordan Davies, Abdul Bashiru and Lewis Mitchell not going unnoticed for Town.
Chances from both sides forced saves from keepers Sam Westwood and Brad Catlow respectively.
