BEDFORD TOWN and Watford Academy produced a nine-goal thriller at Hitchin Town.
The Eagles opened the scoring in the 13th minute when a pass into the area was tamely defended, giving Rico Greco the opportunity to fire past Jonathan McAuley. Keeping up the pressure, the ‘home’ side added a second midway through the half when Connor Tomlinson’s pass from the byline allowed Leon Lobjoit to turn and fire into the net.
