NEW boss Phil Parkinson got his Chester tenure off to a winning start with a comfortable win at neighbours Vauxhall Motors at Rivacre Park.
Veteran striker Tom Peers and much-travelled Jacob Hazel were the men on target for the National League Seals against their Step 4 hosts.
Peers opened the scoring after just five minutes, the popular front man, who has played under Parkin-sons tutelage before, registering from close range after excellent work down the left by former Oldham Athletic flyer Kofi Moore.
