THIS Kent clash with a strong Maidstone United side ended in a 3-1 defeat, but there were plenty of encouraging moments for Step 3 Ramsgate despite the scoreline.
Craig Fagan’s Stones took just seven minutes to break through when a right-wing cross from a trialist was forced over the line at the back post by Ken Charles.
