FGR is alive and kicking

AS an avid NLP reader and Forest Green Rovers supporter for 40 plus years, I’ve read Nicholas Gough’s little digs at the club over the past few seasons without replying, but his letter entitled “RIP FGR” (NLP, March 5) demands a response.
He obviously has no idea about the hard work that is going behind the scenes on and, more importantly off the pitch.
It’s ironic that in the same paper which held up the good work done at Dulwich Hamlet on and off the pitch, Mr Gough barbs that Forest Green Rovers are 100 per cent Non-League.
