Where is the consistency?

CHALFONT St Peter’s match against Kempston Rovers on March 18 was abandoned in the 95th minute after a serious injury to Chalfont St. Peter’s Adam Kirby. The player had fallen awkwardly and landed on his back.
Immediate medical attention was given but the resultant one-hour wait before an ambulance appeared led to the referee deciding to abandon the match.
