Why roll red carpet out for the new Vics?

I NOTE that Step 5/6 report, Northwich Victoria have been “welcomed” in to the Hallmark Security North West Counties Premier Division (NLP, June 25).
This is apparently a new fan-based club to replace NVFC (2007), set up by former disgraced owner Jim Rushe, who is currently serving six years in prison for conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
To my knowledge, the Insolvency Practitioner (appointed by Mr Rushe’s son) has not produced any report on the demise of NVFC (2007) and it would seem that the winding up of this company would be a precursor to the formation of the new c...
