DRAGONS HOT ON WINKLEBURY

THE new supporter- owned Basingstoke Town Community FC have set their sights on taking over Hampshire FA’s Winklebury HQ facility in a bid to keep the club alive.
Officials will attend a public meeting of Basingstoke & Deane Council on Wednesday where they will consider a number of options to take the Dragons forward, independent of controversial chairman RafiRazzak, who owns a huge chunk of the club’s current Camrose ground.
