TYRELL McKenzie’s late stunner moved Curzon Ashton up the table, and they are now one of SIX teams in the National League North on 17 points.
While Harrogate and Salford are flying high and already making it a two-horse race for the automatic promotion spots, the play-off places are surely going to be closely fought through the season.
Darlington, who are also one of the half a dozen on 17, had a great chance to take the lead in the only Step 2 game of the day but Mark Beck put wide from six yards.
