AN OLLIE Hogg goal was the difference as Aylesbury United edged Arlesey Town in a tight encounter at The Meadow.
The visitors nearly went ahead inside the first ten minutes when Sonny French’s close-range shot hit the post.
The away side continued pressing as Paz Andrews combined well with Elias Moses to feed Yemi Adelani, whose shot flashed across the goalmouth.
Adelani’s header struck the woodwork moments later, before Taylor Rhiney too hit the bar.
