It’s a Ten from Ren

MY wife and I have had one of the best groundhopping experiences recently at Earls Orchard – home of Richmond Town FC of the Wearside League.
I have to say the welcome was as warm as the ground was picturesque.
The home side won 4-1 which was never in doubt, but the warmth and camaraderie was fabulous – even the weather was pleasant too!
After 52 years groundhopping in and around the Non-League scene, I would advise and recommend this well-run club to anyone as they deserve the highest of accolades. It gets a TEN from REN!
