BIKER DAN MOURNED

RADCLIFFE OLYMPIC have paid tribute to former player Dan Hegarty after the motorcyclist was killed in a crash at the Macau Grand Prix in China.
Hegarty, who played whenever he was available for the Step 6 side, died from his injuries before arriving at hospital at the age of 31.
He was in the seat for Top Gun Racing Honda and came off his bike at a sharp bend on lap six, being thrown into barriers and losing his helmet.
Radcliffe held a minute’s silence before their East Midlands Counties defeat against Anstey Nomads last week and posted a tribute on their website. It read: “Our...
