A NEW Year but Staines Town’s goalkeeping crisis just won’t go away!
The Swans were forced to name their fifth keeper of the season on New Years’ Day after QPR loanee Martin Herdman, who only joined on December 28, had fallen ill.
Herdman, a regular in Rangers’ U23 side, was originally drafted in by manager Johnson Hippolyte to replace the injured Gabe Rosario. But ahead of Staines’ Bostik Premier clash with Met Police, the club were left scrambling around for a replacement.
