INSPIRING CHARLIE AWARDED HONOUR

CHARLIE FOGARTY, who set up the Solihull Moors FC Open Age Disability team, has been awarded an MBE following the release of the New Year Honours list.
The 21-year-old suffered brain damage after being hit by a car as he crossed the road when he was 15.
After spending six months in a coma and then another ten learning to walk, talk, eat and drink again, Fogarty set up the football team for people with disabilities at the age of just 18.
