DUNSTON UTS lifted the Brooks Mileson League Cup after a single goal victory over Bishop Auckland.
It was Dunston’s seventh game in 11 days, a run that started with a 6-1 win over Bishop Auckland.
Dale Burrell found the corner of the net for the 76th-minute clincher, before Dunston failed to extend their advantage, missing a penalty two minutes later.
Mark Fitzpatrick’s spot-kick was superbly saved by Bishops’ keeper Gareth Young, but it was Dunston who lifted the cup.
