HERBERT ON BOARD

MICHAEL Herbert has been appointed as manager of Sandhurst Town.
The former promotionwinning Woodley United boss, a UEFA B coach, has replaced Luke Turkington, who has taken over at Farnham Town after leading the Fizzers to fourth place in Hellenic Division One.
A club statement read:
“Michael impressively led Woodley United to promotion to the Hellenic Premier Division whilst also securing the Berks and Bucks Intermediate Cup in his first season. Prior to this, Michael also enjoyed a successful stint with Mortimer FC as manager.
