BEN STEPHENS has landed his dream move into the Football League with National League champions Macclesfield.
The highly-rated forward has become new manager Mark Yates’ second summer signing and secured a two-year deal with the Silkmen.
Stephens, 20, will be stepping up three divisions after enjoying a superb season with Stratford Town in the EVO-STIK Southern League.
He netted 25 goals in 42 starts for Darren Byfield’s side which earned him a clean sweep at Town’s end of season awards, winning Players’ Player of the Year, Manager’s Player a...
