Why no early kick-off?

HAD been looking forward to attending Chester’s friendly with Liverpool on Saturday ever since the fixture was announced a few weeks ago. However, England’s penalty heroics on Tuesday night created one hell of a dilemma.
Although bringing forward the time of a fixture to avoid a clash with the England game would create logistical issues, I have noted that most clubs have been able to do it.
