All clubs really are in need of volunteers

IN response to Alex Narey’s editorial in last week’s issue of The NLP. I wish to endorse his comments calling for more voluteers to get involved with their local club.
I had been watching games at Bedworth United FC last season and was impressed at how friendly the whole set-up was.
So this summer I visited the ground to offer my help. Whist on this visit there were several volunteers erecting a small stand.
