FORMER Sittingbourne boss Nick Davis has quit as assistant manager of Southern Counties East Premier side Sheppey United after just four months. Davis admitted that he has been contacted by another club about taking on a management role.
He quit Sittingbourne after their 3-1 defeat against Horsham in the Bostik South in January, the club having lost nine out of 11 games.
He accepted the role as number two to Ernie Batten at Sheppey in late May.
